Music analysis is a discipline that seeks to reduce musical works to their basic components in order to discover inner relationships and possibly reveal the composer's intent.  This can be expressed as an interpretation wherein the music is described in terms of representing a program, scenario or story.  On the other extreme, it could entail a Schenkerian graphical analysis depicting tonal relationships.  For the following analysis, I have chosen a middle ground.  I have avoided strict interpretation (though some commentary is unavoidable) and concentrated instead on a 'guided tour' approach.  References to keys and modulations have been kept to a minimum while concentrating on the identification of principle motives, their use and development.
